ASAKAI LLC ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through the ASAKAI AI Readiness Toolkit, how we use it, and your rights.
ASAKAI LLC operates the AI Readiness Toolkit as a paid digital product for small and mid sized businesses, including businesses in the East Bay region of California. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Toolkit and related communications.
By using the Toolkit, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you disagree with any part of this policy, please do not use the Toolkit.
We use cookies to store your consent preferences, session state, and (with your permission) analytics data. See Section 5 for details.
We use the information we collect to:
ASAKAI uses personal information and Toolkit response data only for limited business purposes related to the ASAKAI AI Readiness Toolkit and ASAKAI's advisory services. These purposes include providing access to the Toolkit, processing purchases, saving or restoring progress, generating Toolkit results, responding to support requests, improving the Toolkit, developing anonymized or aggregated insights, and offering relevant ASAKAI services.
ASAKAI does not sell your personal information. ASAKAI does not share your personal information with unrelated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. We may share information with trusted service providers, such as Stripe for payment processing, Cloudflare for hosting, security, and database infrastructure, and direct email or scheduling providers for customer support and advisory follow up. If ASAKAI later adds form providers, email platforms, analytics providers, or other vendors, we will use them only as necessary for them to provide services to ASAKAI.
Toolkit responses may be used in aggregated or de-identified form to improve ASAKAI's tools, benchmarks, educational content, and advisory offerings. Aggregated or de-identified information will not reasonably identify you or your business.
You should not submit confidential business information, trade secrets, protected health information, patient names, medical record numbers, diagnosis details, appointment notes, treatment information, insurance information, legally privileged information, sensitive personal information, or information you are not authorized to share into the Toolkit unless ASAKAI has expressly agreed in writing to handle that information under a separate agreement. If your business handles health information, describe workflows only at a high level and do not enter patient specific details.
If you purchase the Toolkit or sign up for related resources, ASAKAI may send you transactional emails related to your purchase, access, account, support, and important product updates.
If you separately consent to marketing communications, ASAKAI may also send you emails about AI readiness resources, Toolkit updates, workshops, advisory services, and related offers. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting ASAKAI. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not prevent us from sending transactional or legally required communications.
We share information with the following categories of service providers, only to the extent necessary for them to provide services connected to the Toolkit:
Stripe processes credit card payments and hosted checkout. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Third party AI tools may be referenced or recommended in the Toolkit. The Toolkit currently runs primarily in the browser and does not send user responses to OpenAI, Anthropic, or other external AI APIs by default. If AI powered features are added in the future, this policy should be updated before those features are used. Do not input confidential or personal data into any AI powered features.
The Toolkit is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. ASAKAI uses ASAKAI controlled Cloudflare D1 database tables to save Toolkit profile, consent, progress, and result data for product delivery, support, service improvement, and relevant advisory follow up. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses in connection with hosting, security, and troubleshooting.
Analytics: ASAKAI does not currently use a third party analytics provider. If analytics are added later, they will only be activated according to the cookie preferences and privacy choices available on the site.
Email and transactional communications: Stripe handles payment receipts and related transaction communications. ASAKAI may also communicate directly through asakaigroup@outlook.com for support, scheduling, product access, and advisory follow up.
Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and service terms. ASAKAI uses these providers only for services connected to payment, hosting, security, customer support, scheduling, product access, and advisory follow up.
We use the following categories of cookies:
Essential cookies are required for the Toolkit to function properly. They are set regardless of your cookie preference.
We do not use cookies for advertising or cross site tracking.
You can accept or reject nonessential cookies via the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your preference at any time by clicking "Cookies" in the footer of any Toolkit page.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as reasonably needed to provide the Toolkit and related services. Specifically:
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include secure hosting, access controls, and encrypted data transmission (HTTPS).
No data transmission over the internet or storage system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware, as required by applicable law.
